Chronic Disease Education Classes In-Person
The St. Joseph County Department of Health will present three different classes this February discussing Chronic Diseases. Topics covered with be Hypertension, Nutrition, and Diabetes. Each session is 30-60 minutes long.
Join us at the library as you learn valuable information regarding these chronic diseases and learn how to improve your health.
