Manga Club: Sushi! In-Person
Manga and anime fans, learn to make sushi! While we are learning to make this Cosplay is always welcome. Registration is required. Grades 5-8
Your instructor will be Scott Lehman, a music teacher from Goshen, Indiana. He fell in love with sushi at a young age while visiting Japan. He quickly started rolling his own, exploring traditional and fusion ingredients. He has rolled for parties, restaurants, and most importantly at home with his family and friends. He has passed his love of sushi, eating and making, onto his children.
