Prep for the Discover NC Memorial Day Run: Stretching In-Person

This is for anyone interested in running their first 5k or needs to get back into "running shape".  

The Discover New Carlisle Memorial Day Run will be on Monday, May 26 at 8:30 A.M. 

Register for the run.

Jill Smith is a graduate of the University of Evansville with degrees in Exercise Science and
Physical Therapy Assistant along with minors in Athletic Training and Biology. When she
moved to northern Indiana, she started working at Active Health and Wellness Center in patient
care as well as the Athletic Trainer at John Adams High School. Jill has spent many years
working with patients for their therapy after injuries and orthopedic surgeries.

Emily Jasinski is a graduate of Valparaiso University. She holds certifications as an ACSM
Certified Personal Trainer, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor and Balanced Body Pilates Instructor.
With over 20 years in the fitness industry Emily has experience working with clientele of varying
fitness levels, abilities and goals.
