Chair Yoga In-Person

This yoga practice is for everyone! Yoga unites breath and movement, diving inward to connect to self through mind, body, and spirit. In this class we will use the chair as a prop and gain flexibility, strength and range of motion in a beautiful practice. Let go of worries, doubt and stress and explore what you are truly capable of. I will be offering sound healing during savasana with vibrational therapy of crystal sound bowls.
